All of our items are produced and manufactured in Portugal. We use 100% premium organic cotton. Our founders frequently visit the factory to monitor all manufacturing processes and make sure that our partner meets the environmental requirements of the European Union. Fair labor practices, safe working conditions and utilisation of fully sustainable production methods are also closely supervised. Film.

We are committed to being as sustainable as possible and and do our best to minimise our social and environmental impact through responsible sourcing, production and business practices. We use 100% organic cotton and we are a proud Sequal licensee, joining the fight against ocean waste plastic and at the same time, many items from our swimwear collections are consciously made from recycled nylon using Econyl. Each product has a care label with specific instructions, but in general we recommend:

• Machine washing up to 40 degrees
• Wash with similar colours
• Do not bleach  
• Air dry or tumble dry on low if necessary
• Medium heat ironing  
• Do not iron any prints or labels

Our clothing ranges from XS-XXL for adults, and 2-13 years for kids. Specifically, our men’s collection ranges from S to XXL, our women’s collection ranges from XS to XL. Our kids collections range from 2-13 years old.

Our clothing collections have a regular fit except the premium collections that are oversized in their fit. For further information you may visit page on which you can see the measurement guide.

Of course, you may order online or by phone and choose to schedule a pickup from our showroom based in Eleutheriou Venizelou 173, Athens Greece 146 71. Usually your order will be ready for pickup within less than 1 hour, from Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm GMT+2.

That Gorilla Brand offers free shipping above €60 within EU + UK and above €275 for the rest of the world. That Gorilla Brand also offers free shipping on the whole order when any charity item is included eg. Emerging Gorilla range.

We offer free shipping within Greece. For shipping to all EU countries & the UK there is an €11 charge, up to 5kgs. After 5 kgs there will be an additional charge. For shipping to all other countries outside the European Union, there will be additional shipping charges. All shipping charges can be seen during checkout.

Please note That Gorilla Brand is not responsible for any customer or duties taxes applicable to the shipment.

All orders are shipped within 1 working day from our showroom. Delivery time takes from one (1) to three (3) working days for destinations within Greece. For destinations within the EU, delivery time takes from three (3) to five (5) working days and for all other countries outside EU, delivery time will depend on the final destination country. All orders are shipped with DHL Express Worldwide.

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Master Card, Apple Pay) & PayPal.

It is the customer's responsibility to adhere to their local tax regulations; this includes import duty and VAT.

You are able to return one or more products within 15 days of receiving the goods for the following reasons: if you do not like the product, if it is too big / small, if it is damaged, if it does not correspond to the product ordered, if it is not present in the shipment.

The return shipping costs to our warehouse (located in Athens, Greece) are at the buyer’s expense. We are responsible for the return only in case of faulty or incorrect products. We recommend all returns to be sent via recorded delivery or courier, That Gorilla Brand does not accept responsibility for any returned items until we receive them at our showroom.  

Returned items must comply with our returns policy: Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and inside the original branded boxes. The parcel must be covered with special delivery packaging. Please note, for hygiene reasons, our company shall not accept return of certain items such as swimwear, unless they have apparent faults or there is company error. Returns are at the discretion of That Gorilla Brand after these quality checks.

How do I return my order? (Option 2)

You may return your order for a refund or exchange to That Gorilla Brand by visiting the returns page. It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, and so we offer returns valid for 15 days from the date of receipt. As such, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  We recommend all returns to be sent via recorded delivery or courier, That Gorilla Brand does not accept responsibility for any returned items until we receive them at our showroom.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that shipping cost is not refunded.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If all is well with the returned item your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is credited to your account. If you still have no record of the refund please contact us at info@thatgorillabrand.com. 

We strive to ensure our products leave us in the best condition however if your item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@thatgorillabrand.com.

In case of a returned product, and depending on both the method you chose to pay the order and the way the product was returned, refund of payment shall be made within 20 days from the date we received the product.
